I specialize in technical customer support for SaaS platforms and am a passionate advocate for distributed (aka remote) teams.

I’ve worked with global teams, mentored new hires, collaborated with product and engineering, and consistently kept customers (and metrics) happy. I bring clear communication, technical know-how, and a can-do spirit to my work.
